They are fantastic with special needs children, always very kind and sweet staff. We've been going here since Dr. Chuck still owned/operated here. I have never had a problem here at all. And if you have any concerns with them, they are easy to talk to and do everything they can to make the experience a good one. When you have a special needs child, this is very appreciated and very necessary. Fantastic dentistry, fantastic staff 👍🙏
I took my 5 and 3 year old boys for to Jackson Pediatric Dentistry today and have to say every healthcare establishment should operate like them! Everyone was friendly from the second we walked in the door and Renée and Angela were so good with my boys. This was my 3 year olds first trip to the dentist and they explained everything to him and he enjoyed his visit. They were very patient centered and it’s clear they operate as a team. Omgoodness y’all, my son was born with a cleft palate & a smaller, recessed jawline so he hadn’t been to the dentist at all until today. They were AMAZING!! Made my boy feel soo comfortable & he actually was having fun!!!
Dr. Bhavna, did an amazing job with my daughter! Also, Rebecca and Heather! Always have great experience when coming to the dentist. Definitely recommend them!

Had the most incredible experience with Dr. Stephanie and Ms. Rene. My son has a lot of sensory issues that make dental visits a nightmare. They were both calm and patient with him and took their time to make sure he felt comfortable the entire time.
