I took my mom to buy a car and she drove it twice. The title has not even come in and it no longer starts. We called today and these people could care less. I would recommend NEVER doing business with them. We have purchased several vehicles in Jackson and have never had such poor service- don’t make the same mistake as us!!!

We had an excellent experience with Jackson Motor Company and Allen Matthews! He was knowledgeable about the inventory and mindful of our price range, and especially helpful throughout the process. Allen didn't pressure us to make a decision and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of! We were able to test drive the 2018 Nissan Altima, and we fell in love with it! We definitely hope to be repeat customers with Allen and the Jackson Motor Company team.

We bought a 2017 Ford Explorer and it is my dream car. Mrs. Tina emailed me back and forth and we got all of the details worked out before we came so all we had to do is test drive it and sign for it. Everyone was so helpful and so friendly we were so thankful for everyone there. We would definitely recommend them to all of our friends and family!
