They gave me more for my trade than I was offered anywhere else. Then they took care of an issue with the vehicle 5 months later, even though it came with no warranty! Jim and all the staff are the best!

It took 2 years for me to get a car. But the first time I walked on the lot I was told need more income and we can do something but your more than welcome to look. Allen told me to come back when I was ready and hed see what they could do between him and Ms. Tina I got the car I wanted 2010 Toyota Rav4. Great people who truly want you to help you get a vehicle. Very nice and help and not pushy at all. If your looking for a new vehicle for you stop by and be treated like a you want to be.

This was the first time i bought a vehicle. I had no down payment and I didn't want to trade i my suburban so Tina referred Jaquelyn Johnson at Leader's Credit Union to talk to about a loan. A week and a half later i gad my new vehicle , a 2007 Honda CRV. I have had no problems with it.
Dry rotted tires was the last draw. Will never consider them again. So glad we didn't buy our car from them once reading these Facebook reviews. However; Sierra Chevrolet gave us an excellent deal once hearing about our run around at Jackson Motor Co.
I bought a car from here and love it! The lady believe her name was Tina, was very helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. I saw the clean Carfax and checked prices in other places but this price was the best! I still love my car, have had ZERO problems.
