I’ve waited over 3 hours with no updates so I ended up walking out
I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. I waited over three hours to be seen, only to receive poor-quality care. The staff who treated me were unprofessional, and the nurse’s behavior was unethical and lacked compassion. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that I received a proper medical evaluation. The most frustrating part is that I was not examined thoroughly. I have gone many many times to the ER with my social needs daughter, and I can’t said anything bad about the care she has received. Few times we had to wait a little longer than normal, but always the staff cares about not letting her waiting outside to be seen. The new ER is awesome, big rooms very confortable enough space to accommodate her with her wheelchair. When she is admitted the attention has always been excellent.
