Muy mala experiencia desde el primer dia,cuando reclamas un derecho que tienes por ley de ser bien atendida ,te ganas el desprecio de casi todos en el piso y se demoran en prestarte atención e incluso te ignoran,se comportan más o menos cuando están frente a los médicos o alguien superior,muy mala experiencia no le recomiendo el hospital Jackson South a nadie.

Although, I'm greatful for the Trauma center fixing my son's broken leg after he was hit by a car. Every interaction that we had with his case worker was stressful an uneventful. Every medical professional I know that I spoke to about the situation has assured me that she obviously did not want to do her job. She is very uninformed and misguided and her and my son's physical therapist were extremely impatient, lacked empathy and were extremely rude. He is a young man far from home and struggling. This is the worst hospital.. my 6month old grandbaby was transported from Georgia to Holtz in April he was waiting on an organ transplant. Caught RSV in the hospital in March passed away in June. There was no communication from the doctors. They done whatever they wanted to do without contacting the parents or the family. He was placed on a ventilator was given a paralytic drug and tons of medication when they knew that he had a bad liver. I will always regret that this was the place my family chose to take our little guy..

I wouldn’t take my dog to this facility. They treated my sister so badly after being diagnosed with COVID-19. She has been in and out of here for 5 months. Sending her to Encompass Rehab when she couldn’t even get out of bed. They too are incompetent to treat medical issues. She is now in ICU at South Miami Hospital and will probably pass into heaven today after 5 months. No doctor anywhere has spoken to my brother in law.

First off I would love to thank my nurse Bilgy and the 2nd floor staff for helping me get back walking and pain free and getting back he too my family I’m very thankful for the Constantly checking on me and making sure I didn’t need anything this is the best hospital experience I have ever had to thank you

Don't come here expecting any kind of compassion from anyone at Jackson South. They don't seem to care about their patients or their families. They unnecessarily make an already stressful situation, so much more stressful by making you jump through all these arbitrary hoops just to get in to see your loved one. I completely understand the need for precautions in an age of COVID, but it seems that Jackson South is exploiting the pandemic to create an additional hurdle to keep family members away from their loved ones. They placed a man with no family outside the building located close to them ( jackson professional building )on April 2,2021.the man on the wheelchair was there all the day and he was admitted the last night in ER .they discharged him and placed him in the Middle of the street withouth any consideration. The man was thirsty and Hungry and the hospital case manager didnt care about him .

The worst experience I had a torn bicep .they did a scan of my neck .is like going for a toe and they do an arm ex all to avoid a possible problem with a surgery I called the # they gave me that dr is like any other .he don't take patients from Jackson unless you have $ .then the# of Jackson ovoid and avoid my question they told me only mri if I had a hard attack. Yes. Yes and it gets worse but I hope you can get the idea
