Jeni...The Beacon wrapped Pork Tenderloin I purchased tonight was incredible !!! I smoked it on my Memphis Grill at 250 degrees with Apple Wood pellets. It took about 1hour and 45 minutes to reach 156 degrees internal...let rest for 20 minutes...so tender you could cut with your fork. Your seasoning was perfect!!! Thanks for the suggestion!!!
