Excellent service, super affordable. They have a phenomenal team and they always make me feel taken care of. I've gotten my exams, contacts, and glasses here for the past 16 years.
Worst experience ever! I've a patient with Jackson for a few years now and I don't appreciate they way they treated me today! After they were unable to verify my insurance I called them myself and got someone to verify my coverage! They still didn't want to see me! They were very uncooperative and they made me feel like a criminal trying to steal free eye exam ? Ridiculous .... Never ever going there again!!!! There's plenty of eye doctors that would love my business!
Always fast and quick results...not like other eye doctors ....very friendly...accurate and suggestions are always offered not pushy or sell expensive items... Been my eye doctors for a long period .....satisfy is an understatement.... More than satisfied .....
