I love this place even with a small wait. I was taken care of
I left to try another place but now I am back. Very friend and great variety/selection. Won't leave again.
I have been going here since it was still inside the mall and then at its new location down the street. Started going when i was just a teen, knew nothing about my insurance and the staff was more than helpful and explained and helped with everything now I take my whole family there.. The employees and doctors are great. Never had a problem. Good quality glasses never a problem returning contact lenses or walking in just to get glasses readjusted. The quality of their workmanship is awful. The worst part is that they couldn't care less!
Closed wednesdays, who closes in middle of work week? Plus they charge you a seperate fee from you deductable. Instead of paying about $20, they ended up charging over $75
After today I will never shop anywhere else. These employee's from Eye Doctor to the person fitting me for glasses to the pricing are Great and caring! They have won me over for life!
Been going to Jackson and Lucan for many years and the service is the best!!!
