Being going there since I was a teen. (Over 10 years) I have actually tried different places from time to time only to come back here! They have being there for me on all my eye care needs. Highly recommended!!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. If i could give it less I would. Worst experience ever. They have no clue about customer service and management is just as bad. Went through the whole process to be told i couldnt be helped. Waste of time...vision works was friendlier, more knowledgeable, cheaper warranty policy with better coverage and the quality of frames are really noticeable. Dont know what i was thinking coming here.
They were so friendly and patient teaching my daughter to put on and take off her contacts for the first time
Spent TWO HOURS waiting to be seen. Takes too long!!!
The staff was very polite gave me paper work to do ahead of time and explain everything to me as they did it. I had a great experience with them and will recommend them to my friends.
