As always the ROC staff is amazing. Even on a crazy Tuesday morning I was treated with kindness and efficiency. I was checked in by Brian and Kelsey who are very good at their jobs. I waited just minutes to be put in a room.I was seen by Candi Slider who did a thorough exam and ordered xrays. I was quickly taken to xray (the amazing Jerome and Brian took my xray) then Candi went over my results. I received crutches from the best casting tech ever Jayme! The ROC express was one of the most enjoyable experiences I had with such an unfortunate event. My 2 year old daughter hurt her leg and after going to urgent care, getting X-rays and being told it was just a sprain we decided to get a second opinion. The express got her in to see someone within minutes, the expertise of the doctor was unparalleled to the urgent care doctor and new X-rays were done to show a small fracture just under her knee. ROC is an excellent orthopedic facility. I'm fortunate to have Dr Michael Kalisvaart as my treating physician. I have the utmost trust in his knowledge and skills. Dr. Kalisvaart is also extremely easy to speak with about my issues. I've been seeing him regularly for 3 years and there's no doubt he's been taking great care of me. I trust him with my life...as well as with my knees.
Dr. Arra iz is great! He explained every thing from pain management to exercise for my spine. So glad I found him!
I saw Dr. Albertson yesterday for a couple of issues. She was friendly and attentive. I like the fact that I didn’t have to get sent out for X-rays. I’d definitely recommend Reno Orthopedic Clinic to anyone looking for an orthopedic specialist.
