My experience yesterday with ROC was nothing short of professional and pleasant from check in, the xray tech, the doctor, to fitting for the thumb brace, and check out. Candie Slider, PA-C was awesome!!!
Never done a review for anything in my life. Blew my knee out today. No biggie. That is the risk I take when I ski. Crawled my way out of the trees, skied down on one leg, and got myself to my truck. Called my primary care doctor immediately and said please give me a referral to an orthopedic clinic. They said just go to ROC because they are urgent care and you should walk right in. I would recommend Dr Bjerke, and Dr. Arraiz. They recommended the spinal cord stimulator system, I just finish my trial run. It was more then great, I was able to walk more then 50' without pain, and could sleep and roll over without pain. The two technicians that helped were Ryan & Andrew, they called every day to help with the system and answer all my questions. Thanks to the Doctors I can't wait for the implant.
I’ve know Dr. Arraiz for a while. He explains everything thoroughly!!
