When you drive to Salem to go to the jewelry store your grandparents frequented their entire lives because you trust in the companies your grandpa chose to do business with and are faced with utter disappointment in their customer service. That is what I am feeling right now, total disappointment.
I've been a customer for over 30 years... We got my gorgeous wedding ring there. Today, Ralph repaired a special necklace that belonged to my late grandmother. It was a tricky repair but he made it look easy. I am very grateful!!
