Disappointed in their service. Had an appointment scheduled for an assessment for ABA for my son. Was told some paperwork would be emailed to me before my appointment mid December. It never was emailed. Didn't think it was a big deal and could fill it out there. I learned it was actually a lot of pre-assessment forms and self reporting assessments. It took me 1.5 hours of completing it in the lobby and they wouldn't see us until it was complete. I was made to feel as though I was taking up everyone's time since I was only sc... read more
The staff at Jackson Jade are phenomenal. Everyone from the front office to the billing and of course the therapists. We have seen amazing results with our son and highly suggest their services. Thank you so much for working with us as we have needed a lot of help.
