Doesn't stand behind you! Was told my taxes were done wrong but was NEVER sent the revised one. They said they would send me the difference and pay the *** for me but never did. Never got the revised invoice either. Won't answer my calls either!!!! WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THEM AGAIN!!!! RIP OFF LIARS

Suckered in by radio ads and spam marketing, I decided to make an appointment with Jackson Hewitt. 50% off to file a tax return sounded like a good idea to me, so I made an appointment with someone listed on the website. Shortly into my appointment I texted my spouse "NOT TERRIBLY CONFIDENT IN MY TAX PREPARER". She did not know how to read my W2s or answer my questions, requiring much assistance from the manager. Jackson Hewitt sent me a solicitation email to obtain my tax preparation business. It offered 50 percent off my tax prep. I am retired and itemize but my tax prep is relatively simple I took them up on their offer. When tax prep was complete the 50 percent off bill was higher than what I paid H and R Block last year and with no discount. What a ripoff. Wont use them again !
