screwed up my simple single w2 . *** had to verify my identity and resubmit all my info to the irs over the last 2 months still waiting for an accepted ****. this was my second attempt to save money but it was not worth the hasle and extra time this is also the second time ive had these issues ...i will never return . ill spend half my taxes on a proper preparation and submission before i consider coming back. and once it leaves the desk of that particular ******* and is submitted its out of there hands and into the irs who ... read more

He lost 2021 W-2's of my fiance' and I. He finally gave me a copy of my W-2s but where are the originals? Also I worked for this man September 23rd-january 23rd and got total of 320 ..$ for 4 months. Well I found a paper that I should have been paid a minimum of 54 hours to 60 hours for training. I didn't even get minimum wage. The man is a joke, he loses EVERYTHING, then his little puppet **************** does everything for him. He told me I'd be making mega bucks, more than a friend who is making 12. He once said $16 an h... read more

One of the worst displays of tax preparation that was ever done in my lifetime it took all of about20 minutes of work I was not given an estimate of what I would be charged when I asked Im a single person in the food and beverage industry and when I was done I was asked to pay the outrageous amount of 507 dollars and I would of avoided a review like this if a manager had called me back to adhere to my complaint I feel like I was robbed without a gun
