He was nice, my mom wanted to go there do our taxes together it was too much expensive but my only problem was they messed up on my taxes and fixed it charged me a fee for fixing their mistake but reimbursed me the fee. The first time they forgot missing credit I would have been in a lost. But its mailed me saying I qualify for credits gave them the paper they fixed it. Now Im still waiting for my taxes. A simple mistake that could have cost me and they didnt give me the guaranteed your money back plus $100. She only offered... read more
Had a code for half off on prep fees. We were told it was no good when we presented it to the preparer. Office was poorly set up, noisy, cramped workspace. Preparer conducted personal family business while clients were at her desk. Preparer was not well informed on tax law regarding self employment. Tax prep fees were far in excess of anything reasonable. Finally, the preparer did not have a folder in which to place the client's copy of the return, and did not even staple the papers together.
