Sent me a special promo only $100. Call no. And set appointment. Travel almost a hour away for deal. Preparer doesn’t give promotion price can’t find it in system and charges me $250 Call no. that set appointment. Oh oh, preparer should’ve gave you promotional price. We have our customer service call you on Monday. Never called me back. Over charged and horrible customer service. Will never use their service again and will discourage anyone else from using their services. Less then 0 star rating.
Too high price for, making out,taxes!!/ got ours done, online $15--16.00 charge for the, paperwork!!/ Won't go to J.hewitt again!!
