ZERO STARS...Do not go!!! They don't have any tax preparers. You leave your private info w/ a customer service rep. They supposedly put your information in the system. You have to wait until a tax preparer prepares your taxes. Then you have wait for them to call you to come back in and sign your paperwork. Then you wait to see if you're approved. 😡🤬
