Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences. Appt was rescheduled 3 times. I scheduled a sat appt, but needed something amended so was told need to reschedule when a manager is available, rescheduled for following Wed left all the paperwork so it could be done just come in and sign. Get to Jackson Hewitt in Picayune on Wed my taxes haven’t been started yet. Rescheduled appt again for following Monday.
