Very friendly and did my taxes in no time
The worst ever! Do not use Jackson Hewitt. They prepared my son's return and made a huge mess of it. We tried asking them several time to help us sort it out, but every time we called they told us to talk to someone in a different office who would then tell us they couldn't help us.
The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and definitely a people person
