They got preauthorization from the insurance company for testing I needed and told me the day of testing that the insurance company would pay for all of the testing. Come to find out they apparently didn’t look at my insurance card and thought it was another insurance company and submitted the preauthorization and billing to the wrong company. Once past the receptionist I’e: the Angel of death the staff I’d great helpful and Dr Crowder is on target and on point
I have used Harper Stone and his . .wonderful nurse,Theresa, for some twenty five years. I have also used Dr. Lott for a defibrillator and pacemaker. They are the best!
