not the best place Where to begin, rent increases with no updating to make it worth the increase. We have lived here for 5 years. Worst Place to live! Bad management with high rent. Loud neighbor hood. All night parties are going on and the management is not concerned.Old electrical appliances and carpet. Too noisy as next to San Mateo bridge. There is too much road traffic and noise of trucks and cop cars all day and night. Whenever I truck crosses the road your whole house will shake. Just imagine that whole day and night. With the high rent, I recommend some place else.
nice my fiancé and I have lived here almost a year and coming from the other side of the bay we love it here. not too expensive pool. and dog friendly is a plus. if u don't like dogs or kids don't live here. we love the family dynamic and location. clean as well as fast maintenance service. overall nice place to live
