History Established in 1996. Jackson Creek Veterinary Clinic has been owned by Dr. Bob Yack & his wife, Dr. Lisa Hilf, since 1996. Our original location was on Jackson Gate Road next to Teresa's, but with the amazing growth in business, our current location was built in 2000. Since then, we have seen much growth and change, in both our business and our community. RecommendedWe took our dog Jackson to Dr Bob to discuss a CCL tear. I was really pleased with everyone who we talked to there and especially Dr Bob. It was out of the way but a friend recommended him so we drove over. If it wasn’t about a 45 minute Drive I would move my pets there. Who knows I may still

Friendly staff, amazing veterinarians.Dr.Casey reached out to me when I had lost my cat to Kidney Failure/cancer.He sent his condolences in a beautiful card. That meant so much to me. Everyone treats the animals as if they are a part of their own family, not just as a "creature". They actually care for the fur babies, they do not act negatively towards anyone or like it's just a job that they cannot wait to go home from. I would highly recommend this vet for many different reasons and they are number one with customer service for sure.
Very professional, caring staff. I feel like they are genuinely interested in the well being of my animals. I have every confidence in all of the doctors that I have met.
Such caring from all doctors. Sit awhile in waiting room - when you see such happy customers, one can tell the doctors are good. Nice from the front door right through to the back room.
