History Established in 1996. Jackson Creek Veterinary Clinic has been owned by Dr. Bob Yack & his wife, Dr. Lisa Hilf, since 1996. Our original location was on Jackson Gate Road next to Teresa's, but with the amazing growth in business, our current location was built in 2000. Since then, we have seen much growth and change, in both our business and our community. Staff and Dr. Yak were all great!
They are friendly. Professional and have Covid regimen in place. Kind and gentle with your pets. I even owed them for sometime, I was kinda down and out. So when I received my money , it happened to be Christmas, so in a Christmas card I left in their mailbox with payment. I was so grateful. Since moving here in 2000 I have brought all of my animals here and highly recommend them.😊

Dr Bob has been our Vet since he came to Amador County approximately 22 years ago. We have the greatest faith in his knowledge and understanding of our dogs problems and answering our questions. 👍💕
Our animals doc's since we moved here 12 years ago, wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Love Dr Matt and Dr Jewel, actually they are all good!!!

I have been a client of JCVC since 1987, back in the day when they were in the little house on Jackson Gate Rd with Dr Becky and Dr Kevin. Those two notwithstanding, there is not a better vet on the planet than Dr. Bob and his colleagues or a nicer staff than the ones you'll find at JCVC (right, Jeanette?!) We have a long history and I drive two hours to get there because they are so amazing! We love JCVC! Muddypaw Medical Misfits
