History Established in 1996. Jackson Creek Veterinary Clinic has been owned by Dr. Bob Yack & his wife, Dr. Lisa Hilf, since 1996. Our original location was on Jackson Gate Road next to Teresa's, but with the amazing growth in business, our current location was built in 2000. Since then, we have seen much growth and change, in both our business and our community. Took my Frenchies for a visit with Dr Jules. She is awesome! She has an energy that lights up the room when she visits her patients! I highly recommend Dr Jules! Knowledgeable and easy to talk to and doesn’t have her hand on the doorknob as she talks to you!
Big Shout out to the staff and Dr. Ally. You guys took care of our old man Cat Spazzy. He had low blood sugar and was seizing. We were terrified that we were going to lose him. Your whole staff came together and got him to the back and declared him an emergency. A few minutes later you had had hooked up to an IV and oxygen and he came to slowly but surely. Some may say "It's just a cat or a dog" but to us and many like us they are our family. So thank you for doing what you do.
I took my 2 dogs for checkup and shots at Jackson Creek Vet. When I got there one of my dogs got spooked and ran down the street and into a field of sticker bushes. I was able to catch him using my other dog to attract him back to me. When we went inside the clinic they took us right in and 2 of the assistants took it upon themselves to remove all the stickers from both dogs. It took about 10 minutes . They went above and beyond. So grateful, thank you
Such a pleasure to bring Max to see the staff and Dr.Duff. I drive 45 minutes to his appointments and it’s worth it. Looking forward to our next visit.
