I have been dealing with the hospital for several months now, the service and treatment we recieved with the ER was absolutely terrible. Upon receiving our bill, we disputed some of the charges and it has been a fight get anything done. We were told our bill would be changed, but since then, no changes have been made and no one will take our phone calls, answer our emails, or communicate with us in way. Very unprofessional.

I had surgery to remove a cyst from my right wrist back on February 25. I didn't like the fact that I had to have surgery, but I loved how well I was cared for while I was there. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but I do remember a wonderful RN in the operating room by the name of Mary. What an amazing nurse! She had an awesome bedside manner, I wish there were more nurses like her. thank you for taking such good care of me. I have always received excellent care at JCMH and so have my family members. We are very happy with JCMH as our hospital. The nurses are the hospital's best assets -- outstanding people.

The last time I was there I did not see a nurse until thier shift was about to end. I had to stretch the iv to the bathroom. I was awake all night because of the stairway was by my room and I could hear the door close. I checked myself out the next morning. Oh yes they lost my doctors orders too.
