I dont have an issue with Dr. Jackson, in particular, I have an issue with this facility, which intern reflects on her. Never received response to xrays. Called four times and I still dont know what exactly, if anything, is wrong with my foot. Left messages, never heard from them. Also, hard to get a reasonable appointment, always month away. Unfortunately, after more that 20 years of trying to be happy with this office, I have finally decided to find a new medical group.
Dr Anita was very informative and took her time to go over all of my health concerns. She was very understanding and placed me on a plan to help in addressing my health care needs.
Had a great experience as a new patient. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Anita was so kind, thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. Made going to the doctor easy.
Dr Anita was great. It was my first time with the practice. She spent some good time getting to know me. She listened to my health concerns and introduced himself and her practice philosophy. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I would recommend both Dr Anita and the practice.
