I've used their service for year's.Very professional, knowledgeable, a pleasure to have them prepare my taxes.
Would rate this guy -100 stars if it was possible. Appraisal was ordered over 3 weeks ago with a closing date due January 21st and my loan officer hears from him today that they decline to do the appraisal! Awful on their part and is now going to cost me thousands of dollars!
