Watch your boots. If you have dust on them and try to return them they won't take them back. My friend tried to return some he just bought and they had tiny bit of dust on them probably from the floors. Anyway they wouldn't have it. Just be cautious when boot shopping. All sales are final here.
Horrible experience here, bought pair of boots, tried to return them, but they wouldn't accept them said they have been wore, only time they was on my feet was for trying them on. There is not one scratch scuff or crease on these boots. Would post pics of them but won't let me.( made a post on there page about it but of course it was deleted.)But I will give anyone the opportunity to look at these and if you agree with Jack's that they have been wore I'll give the boots to you.

The only place to buy boots/shoes never seen such a selection!!! Loved this place for years.
Such a wonderful experience at jacks western today! We have search everywhere to find the perfect suede vest for our upcoming wedding in October. Everyone there was great helping us order the perfect ones. Will be back soon to find the boots for the wedding. Such a helpful team they have created. Thank you jacks western.
