I have shopped at Jack's for MANY years and have spent a tremendous amount of money with them, however; I do not intend to step foot in their establishment again. Either your establishment is kid friendly or it's not. If your employees cannot tolerate toddlers (ages 2 & 5) being excited about their new boots, then maybe you should not carry children's items at all. And your employees should never take the liberty of yelling at someone else's children... especially my grandchildren!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
