My employer gives us a voucher for this store to buy work boots worth 100 dollars twice a year. I didn’t find what I wanted, Lacross Arrowheads, and they were unwilling to order it so I could use my voucher. They did try to talk me into buying a pair of boots that was almost a hundred dollars more than the ones I wanted. Was in the area and stopped by worst mistake we made, not one person who worked there greeted us nor ask us if we needed any help finding anything, and all the workers was huddled up talking amongst themselves doing nothing. I would never stop in there again.
I've shopped at Jacks for many years, always excellent service and the selection is beyond belief. Love having such a fine store within driving distance. And, you an always call for a "special" pair of boots. Great place, great people.
This is the best western store we have ever visited. It has the largest selection of clothes and boots. Great sales also! Very helpful employees!

Huge Thank you to the owner/staff! Had an issue with a pair of boots I purchase. The owner had them fix for me no questions ask. One of the many reasons I will drive over an hour just to shop at Jack's!!
I wanted to exchange the boots I bought because they hurt my feet. They said they were to dirty. I bought them on Sunday and tried to return them on 2 days later. I only wore them for a couple of hours inside not outside. $217 for boots I can't wear. Local businesses complain about online retailers but most online retailers will exchange with no questions. Thanks for taking my money.
Amazing customer service!! Natalie made sure we were comfortable in the boots we purchased. Also made sure we were happy with the other shoes we purchased. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We will be buying our boots from here from now on.
