Recommendedyes the best place on cullman...But the only down fall is no website
I came in Thursday to exchange boots. After a short unpleasant conversation with the cashier, the owner (I assume) came in. He immediately told me to get another pair. He was so nice! I can definitely see why he has a successful business. This was my first experience at Jacks but I will definitely be back!

It was great to see Billy back working part time. Amy really took her time helping me find the right pair of boots. She was extremely knowledgeable too! There's no telling how many pairs of boots I've bought here over the years. These guys have yet to let me down! Thanks ya'll! Jim

My husband and I was traveling and stopped by and bought some hats. We was on a motorcycle and didn't have any place for them. The women there was so kind to mail them home for us. They arrived and still looked as good as when we bought them. We loved the store very much! We may even make the 4 hour drive to come check the store out again! Great store and very friendly people too!
