Wow is the only word that comes to mind that can describe everything! When your 10yr old says “I should have gotten a triple” then you know it’s good! The turkey burger was so fresh and delicious. And the Jumangi shake - holy smokes!! The restaurant is clean and inviting and the staff is so friendly and above and beyond helpful. Excellent experience we will be back again and again!

Popped In Yesterday for a quick lunch, I am currently doing the Keto diet which is high fat/low carb. My meal Was prepped with no bun and had extra lettuce etc. they even cut the burger in quarters for me so it would be easier to eat! Above and beyond my expectations! I was very pleased with the food and customer service.
My husband and I ate here for the first time tonight but it surely won’t be our last - we loved it! My husband said it was the best burger he ever ate and I felt the same way about the Wayback hotdog. The sides we had were good too. Not sure if all locations are as good, or as nice, but I found the atmosphere in the Bristol location to be nice and extremely clean. Worth the trip.

Never again. Was told order would take about 20 minutes. It's now been over 40 minutes..just told it will be at least another 30 minutes. Asked manager what's going on she said it's busy and there are not enough people working. Very sad excuse. Will not be back. Will not recommend to anyone.
