I went to Wayback Burgers a few weeks ago for the very first time. I was so excited. But that only lasted for a little while. I was ignored for what seemed to be forever and then when I was served my food the slammed my burger on the table then walked away so quickly. I'll never go there again! This burger establishment definitely gets no stars from me!
Please bring Wayback to Brunswick, please please please, did i mention please? Lol
Must work on professionalism. Staff goofs around Alot. Tables were dirty. Maybe should do a combo deal..prices overrated for the portion. Shakes worth$5.

Ordered online knowing they would be busy on a Saturday night. Got there told them we would be eating in and after watching a bunch of walkins get their food I went to the counter to see what the problem was and our food was sitting on the counter. Also asked to get our cup for a drink while we waited and that was possibly the hardest thing they ever had to figure out

I have never had a problem with WayBack. Until today. First they give me the wrong sandwich. (WHICH is understandable because people make mistakes.) So they fix my problem and not only do they give me the sandwhich i asked for, they gave it to me wrong. No peppers, wrong kind of cheese, and a dry sandwhich.... smh step up your game wayback, i never had anything bad to say about you guys until today.
