Made appt to have car repaired 10 days go by , no contact from jacks. We went to dealership to get repair done . Finally a month later jacks called to say part arrives. Terrible customer service.
Dad was told he`d get back to , with an estimate after the contact got back from lunch . . . its been 2 days and a very long lunch . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -

Just got my car fixed today and I am very pleased. He's easy to work with on scheduling. He is very reasonable and honest. He does good work. I definitely will be going there again when I need some work done.
I've been going to Jack's since 2006...great guy great service...all my vehicles love you!!
