These guys are the BEST!!!! First class. Knowledgeable. Honesty and integrity are their watchwords. Above and beyond in customer service. As a long-time customer, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
I recently started taking my VW van to Jack's for a repetitive check engine light signal. I feel like they are doing their best to work through the issue. I'm glad I was referred to this company. I am a female and do not understand much about cars, however, Jack always takes the time to throughly explain to me what's going on and shows me damaged parts. I never have felt taken advantage of at this shop.
Jack will without a doubt give you good service at a fair price. Ladies you don't have to worry that because you are a woman you might get scammed. This guy is respectful, he knows his stuff and he wont let you down.
