I recommend these guys ten fold! They took time out of their busy day to help me with heater right before a snow storm, their prices are more than fair, their staff extremely knowledgeable kind and competent. If you’re looking for a place to get your car fixed that will treat you like a human instead of a money bag check these guys out!!!

I wish 6 stars were available, cannot recommend enough! I have been going to this repair shop for years, after growing up with my Dad doing many repairs on my car. Sorry Dad, but I know I can trust them for impeccable repairs, expert knowledge and no frustration! LOL. They do care about me and my family, do everything they can to save me money, and keep my long term plans for my cars in mind. About a week ago I was in Olympia and my car broke down. I happened to be across the street from Jack's Madrona Autoworks so I walked over to see if they could help me. They were amazing! Within minutes they had my car in the shop, diagnosed the problem, and just 1 1/2 hours later I was on the road! People say my guardian angel was with me that day; I say they were indeed, and they were Jack and his crew!!
