So I've had two experiences with Jack's. Approximately 4 years ago they repaired my John Deere rider $275, they picked it up and did a good job. Since then I've tried to repair my newer Troy-Bilt Rider to save a few dollars. I did call Jack for parts which they did not stock. Not a big deal. I completed most of the repairs on my Troy-Bilt but had a question about leveling the deck. I called Jack's and asked if I could ask them a question about my mower.
