Horrible customer service. Don't recommend going here.
We have been coming here for a year and it was the worst experience ever. Changed there burger special and are upcharging for things that you used to be able to get. Never got water even after it was offered. Waitress couldn't tell us what was in the specialty drinks. Never asked how we wanted our burgers and had to track her down and was told it would be an hour for them to be remade bc they were being done medium. Love Jacks! I’ve never had bad food or a bad time there and the bartenders and servers are the bomb❤️
Will recommend with one caveat. Service not good. Waitress spent more time talking with and literally hanging on what must have been a boy friend at the bar. I don’t know how many times she passed and never said a word. And to top it off the women’s toilet had dried blood down the front of it and onto the floor. Not good. Will probably be awhile before our next stop.
Live music & a cool atmosphere.
Mac and cheese was not not good. Filled my dates beverage and totally ignored mine
