Do NOT recommend jacks for football games. We went expecting to watch the steeler game and 2 TVs had it playing. Fine. Except, it was on 2 tiny TVs and they sat us the furthest away. When we asked if they’d switch the tv near us they said “no, fantasy football is popular now and guys want to watch a lot of games” which is fine but when 1/3 of your bar wants to watch the Steelers why would you not put it on? Very disappointed got there and waited 15 minutes for a server. Then ordered a beer and waited another 12 minutes for my beer with almost nobody there at 2pm. Ordered food and asked for all flat wings and sauce on the side food came and all wrong. The server failed at everything she did. While two other servers just sit by the door while we waited for everything could have sold me two more beers but never even asked if I wanted another. I left a $1 tip and will post on yelp.
Very impressed with Jack’s regulations in maintaining social distancing & following the governor’s mask mandate. We have been to several restaurants in the area that do not do so. However, we feel very comfortable going to Jack’s knowing they are doing the right thing to ensure the safety of their workers and customers!!
