The best jacks ive ever been too. Kfc has NOTHING on the loaded chicken bowls. The only downside is theres no cheese, but for the value it is well worth it. Ive ordered this several times and its great each time i always have two meals made from it. I cant speak to other items but theyre big bacon and their chicken strips are great. Highly recommend
Don't come here after breakfast.you will have to wait 30 minutes for food that's older than that. New store but still very bad customer service. Not sure if they use a microwave to reheat food but my burger taste like it. In fact one patty on my burger was was beyond done and yet somehow served cold. Didn't include my sauces even though they were asked for at pick up and then when I drove all the way back to get them she had an attitude before she finally gave me the sauces and that's it after my food was cold from having to go all the way back not to mention the manager muttering under her breath when I asked for new chicken tenders because the ones that I got were cold I didn't even care for the sides I wanted warm chicken tenders but that's what happens when you get a mobile order no that's what happens when I have to... read more
I went through drive thru got 2 fries and a burger more than I ordered. I was 6 cars deep. So the food should have been hot since they were busy. It was ice cold. The only thing that was right about my order was 2 pies that were warm.
This location is actually terrorizing! Every experience after a certain time is just so terrible that we have to drive off to keep our peace. The workers have the most atrocious attitudes and handle every little thing as hostile as possible! A disgrace of “workers”, truly. Please do better as we are all working hard and deserve nothing but kindness and some kind of efficient customer service especially from someone handling meals!!!
