Food was good as always. Just didn't get what I ordered. I ordered 2 large Bacon Cheesburg combos and got 2 Cheeseburger kids meals... Also, please.make sure if a guest orders a Zero ot Diet beverage, make sure they get what they ordered. I was given a large regular Coke! I am diabetic and can no longer taste the difference. Imagine my surprise when a couple hours later my blood sugar had escalated to 600+. I was sick for a few days. And YES, I had someone else taste the drink and they confirmed it was a regular Coke!!!
Every one is always so pleasant and accommodating! Antone took great care and showed genuine concern and ability! It keeps me coming back, for more, more, more!
Had to get there, barbecue rib sandwich ordered extra onions.Got exactly what I wanted.Hot fresh fries were delicious
Service is slow and not very nice. I go here often since I’ve moved to Hoover and it’s my least favorite Jacks
