No one is professional in this place. Attitudes are horrible and the food was cold. Got home to relax just to take the food back to the restaurant. Manager had dirty nails and the employees were in the front are so nonchalant. No one cared my food was old. The manager of the store was in the back and never came out to see is things going smoothly. Definitely won't be back.
This is a really good Jack's restaurant where the food is always great. Stella helps me a lot when I go there and she's friendly and makes me feel like a valued customer and person. She is the real reason I like this Jack's so much. It's always nice to be helped by someone like Stella with a sweet smile and pleasant demeanor. I'll always come back here!
Great price and great hot food
Could be the worst Jacks in Alabama. Service is pathetic and rude, and takes forever to get even the most basic order. The DoorDash folks lining up like cattle make it even worse, if that’s possible. Avoid this place at all possible cost.
