I have been waiting 40 mins for my food in Gardendale. Then I come in and they said they were waiting on fries! How can I work for a restaurant and get food out faster then “fast” food?!
Do not buy the Catfish Dinner @6.50 3 Small Nuggets . Ripoff .
……referring to their… “Catfish” …their advertising comment is “people can’t get enough”… They’re absolutely right!! BUt… the reason they can’t get enough, is cause the restaurants REPEATEDLY RUN OUT !!!! And you are aware of that. But you continue to run commercials.(At least in Huntsville Alabama area) knowing that your restaurants do not have Catfish to sell. So you’re paying for a bunch of advertisement that you cannot fulfill what your advertising !!! Somebody should lose a job !
I went in Jacks on Sunday March 8th and decided I wanted to get something to eat. The worker was sitting outside on her phone. When she came back inside to the register I asked her if she would wash her hands, because I thought that was part of the hand washing procedures when you stepped away from your work station, well she never hung the phone up but she was tapping the register like she was rushing me after I asked her to wash her hands.
