Never in my life have I experienced such lack of management as that at Jack's in Dallas, GA. We went there today 7/5/2026 for lunch. They had 7 employees including assistant manager and manager. There were 5 to 6 couples in the dining area, 4 people in line waiting to order including me and my wife. 30 minutes later, they took our order. I asked if they could possibly give us a towel or could they wipe down the tables which were all dirty. If I could give it 0 stars I would . Nasty ! Elite and the manger and some other worker were rude just because they gave us 10 Fries and three small chicken tenders and we asked for our money back for it and the double burger they didn’t add any mayo or ketchup to at all and it didn’t have lettuce either . The manager was rude I will never go back there . Corporate needs to shut this place down it’s sad they just opened and their customer service is terrible.

What's going on with the French fries they are never seasoned and always burnt. Location Odenville Alabama. Wait time is long and the breakfast chicken biscuits are rarely cooked all the way.
I stop at the Jack's in Linden Al on May 20th at about 6:45 pm I was driving a pickup trck and pulling a trailer. I couldn't get in the truck parking lot because car had the entrance block so I drove around the building and parked in a spot with plenty of room and I was out of the way of any traffic. When I went inside I went to the restroom to wash my hands,but when I came out of the restroom this big young women told me I couldn't park there.
