I visited the Jacks in Harpersville, Al. There’s only one in our small town. When I pulled into the parking lot ,I should have just left but the senior citizen that I bought out to lunch wanted to eat there. The parking lot is filthy with trash everywhere. We went to the handicap parking space, got out the car only to find out that the door on that side was out of order. Back to the car we go to go to the other side. Management very rude because I told her my order was wrong she told me to get the hell off her property or she was gone call the police I told her to call them then she told The police that I was eating the food lied on me he got my money back and told me I Can no longer come to that location she had no rights to curse or talk to me that way when all I wanted was my order right raciest at its best I’ll never go there again thanks to Emma management Mt. I went in there today and told him my chicken was messed up the lady gave me three pieces of chicken no charge I hate to be complaining over free food but I ate two pieces of it I was on the lake trying to fish and I got completely sick I've been sick ever since I have to take Pepto-Bismol three times and I'm throwing up I think I have food poisoning look I know Sam that works there she's the manager she seems to be trying her best there's also two other managers there that seemed to be trying it's not them I really believe ... read more

Bought catfish plates fries were cold and had been sitting. Ordered large tea gave a medium. I had to pull up and wait on food. I ask about my large tea.. Again she had to go back inside and get drink. You would at least they would offer to replace your food. They never get anything correct. Don't mind paying for my food but I want it fresh.

Jacks in Elgin Alabama has the worst cooks I get a breakfast biscuit and it’s hard as a rock when I open it half of the buiscuit falls in my car I don’t know who you have cooking the biscuit but they are terrible and it’s the same way with chicken it’s awful you need to get some people that care an know what they are supposed to do it’s has got terrible if you don’t do something about this I’ll go somewhere else to eat!!!!!!
