No salt or pepper packets left ou so customers could get salt and pepper counter was dirty. One of the ladies taking orders at the counter had brought her 2 kids to work and they where sitting at a table where the customers sit to eat. The lady brought them food out to eat and went back to taking orders the kids was screaming out loud and had their games turned up very loud. The mother kept telling them to turn the games down from behind the counter. I will not go back to this location again

Ordered and had breakfast delivered and all items were not in bag. Called store#375 trying to explain and basically called a liar. Much more to story but was hung up on 3 times and told not to call back anymore. Never once was there an apology. Unprofessional and incompetent employees.

The last 5 sundays jacks in northport has not been open yet..then this morning i found out that they phased out mello yello these things along with declining quality have persueded me to quit using jacks.

Drive through cashier was rude and rush me when I was ordering she had an attitude 100 Pleasant Grove in Pleasant Grove ,Al and the food tasted bad and kids didn’t want to eat it because it taste funny

Jack’s in Savannah TN not worth stopping at chicken not done n slaw was 2-3 days old n yes I know I’ve worked in restaurants for over 30 years this one the corp. office needs to close
