1st the cashier was wonderful to nad she was leaving today. I now understand why. We ordered 2 of the gravy burritos with bacon no hash browns. That was to much for them. The 1st order took 10 mins, it was wrong, had sausage. Then remake took 15 mins because no one wanted to make them. They did all of drive thru and 2 sets of people in the lobby before starting to make ours. Would not recommend eating here.
Customer service was great but lose the drive thru robot. No one wants AI taking their order. It's unnerving and pushy. Just let people talk to people. No one wants an AI on phone customer service and that translates to the drive thru customer service
Ordered online, foods were ready when arrived, fresh and hot.
Got a big breakfast sandwich and the bread was not toasted at all. Bread was soft like it was fresh out the pack and went straight pass the grill. Grits were scorched. Smelled burned popcorn the entire ride home not thinking it was the watery grits besides the fact there’s always a line to the street and 15+ min wait this was my worse experience!!
