Music was great, staff was amazing, food was phenomenal!
Excellent food and service. Had the shrimp dinner w/yams. OMG delicious. Shamek was our waitress and it's been a long time we've had a server that was so pleasant and polite. Never had collard greens, Jackie herself brought me out a cup to sample, very tasty, my new veggie. Would definitely recommend for a good home cooked meal.

Amazing home cooked food and super friendly people!
Had a wonderful dinner last night -- fried chicken -- and my companion had what was probably the best oxtail he (and I) have ever had, plus delicious collard greens. The biscuits that are brought to the table are out of this world. Service was efficient and friendly, and I hope Jackie's will be around for a long time. Planning to go for breakfast soon! My husband and I went for the 1st time on Sunday morning around 10:15..it was pretty busy only 2 servers so we waited a long time, the complementary biscuits were out of this world. We probably waited abt 45 minutes or so for our food. The food was good, service not so good. Maybe u need more people on the weekends..jus wanted to know can u order jus a biscuit? Cause I didn't see it on the menu.
