You know, I heard great things about Jackie’s Place so I went to try it out myself. The place is nice, everyone was friendly. The food was delicious. The only downfall was that the bowl my biscuits and gravy came in, was ice cold and it turned the gravy into Luke warm gravy. I didn’t want to be rude and I’d feel like a burden if I said anything. Almost every weekend I get meals from DOORDASH and Jackie's has never gotten it right lately. THE VERY OLDER LADY ALWAYS BLAMES IT ON DOORDASH, WHICH IS NOT THE CASE. TODAY=LOCOMOCO WITH NO BROWN GRAVY. WHY DO YOU ALL HATE DOORDASH SO MUCH? AFTER 20 YEARS, I'M KIND OF DONE EATING THERE. yuck.

Sorry that happened to you Pam. I have known of gravy being forgotten, as it gets put on the side so you can pour it on when you get the order. If you choose to order again, call before door dash and ask for Janice - ill take care of you. We do not hate door dash, we just have a policy that the order has to be made when they get there , I’ve had food sit for a long time before they pick it up....or cards that are declined. Again, sorry you didn’t get your order correct.
