this place is awesome, the people here care about their customers, the day care is great too. they are great with my baby even though she cries a lot but I still get my workout done for the day. 2 hours bby yeah. I love this place it's my 3rd home away from home.
Great place for kids and for adults for working out and great people!
We prefer this location since the child watch staff are always amazing with my Special needs son. I always get my full 2 hours there since they know how to nurture him while other locations like mission valley and la Mesa always text me 20 mins into my workout to pick him up bc they aren't as special needs savvy. I very much appreciate and am thankful for the well trained staff there overall💙💙💙💙

Very clean restroom. Excellent looking baseball field and weight room.

the gym is awesome! nice equipment and tv one a lot of machines
It is a good Family Oriented facility and the kids learn so much from sports to life in general.
