Took my QX60 in for an oil change. Monte was my service consultant. My experience was subpar. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half and add an hour and 45 minutes. I had to go ask about my vehicle and was then told it was ready. Monty never came to find me and ask what recommended repairs I would want done today. I would’ve included an engine Air Filter and now need to take time out of my schedule to return and have it taken care of. It was frustrating. His response was. The purchasing process was very simple, and I appreciated that the salesperson even delivered the truck to me almost two hours away from the lot. Unfortunately, after driving it later that evening, I had to take it to the shop the very next day. I was told not to drive it because of an issue, and the truck has now been in the shop for almost a week. I believe the inspection process needs improvement. Worst experience with John the service manager who can’t do simple math. Went in for an oil change in Feb 2026. Paid for it. Yet they cannot confirm the work was actually done. The sticker in the windshield does not align with their records. Clearly Jackie Cooper is not being managed well. The sticker in the window was not changed from the previous oil change. Check dates and check mileage with visit for the past 4 years. Then tell me if that makes sense. You have my cell. Call if you really want to discuss this
