I had an extremely disappointing service experience. I brought my vehicle in for service and was told no loaner was available, but that I could leave my car and they would drop me off at work and pick me up at 4:00 PM. That arrangement was the only reason I agreed. They dropped me off as promised—but at 3:45 PM, no one arrived to pick me up. I called five times and was bounced around to voicemails with no real assistance. I eventually had to ask a coworker to take time out of their day to drive me back to the dealership. Whe... read more
