Monty ( my service advisor ) was very efficient and helpful in every way This was the 2nd time he’s taken care of my service call and I want him every time He’s friendly and makes me feel comfortable leaving my car in his car

Terrible maintenance service. I called to schedule a simple oil change which I had already paid for upon purchasing my vehicle from them and upon my arrival they advised that it would take almost 2 hours to complete. I inquired as to why that was if I had already scheduled an appointment and they responded that that’s just how it is. They offered to give me a ride to work but that isn’t a feasible option for my line of work.
