Finance sucks!
I called and talked to Hunter about a car my senior parents were interested in. He took the time to get the car ready and waiting for them when they arrived. Told them everything about the vehicle, took them on a test drive in town and on the highway. They purchased the car but my father doesn’t drive and could not bring both cars back so they are bringing the car to their house in Sapulpa. I appreciate that Hunter took the time to make my parents feel special and the best possible experience buying a car. Excellent service!
Staff at Jackie Cooper are super friendly and polite, but Infiniti has been unable to fix a technical issue with my car after 3 visits, and several weeks in service. I've been assured that this is an INFINITI issue, and not a Jackie Cooper issue, but it's still frustrating to pay for a repair and not have it fixed.
Jackie Cooper Infinity blew us away! From our salesman Taylor, to Oscar in Finance, to Sales Manager Richard these dudes took care of us. When we thought we had a great deal from our bank, they stepped in and found us a better finance option, walked us through every step. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
