Dr. Jack has been my in my life for about 13-14 years taking care of my oldest son. He set such a great example of how kids should be thoroughly examined, treated with care and as human beings that he was the option for my two youngest daughters when they were born. I didn’t want anyone else. Dr. Cleland is the absolute best and I always recommend him to new parents as well as parents in search of a Pediatrician. I’m so blessed to have him in my life.
Dr. Jack always takes the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan and diagnosis. He answers all of our questions and is always extremely kind. Our kids love him!
I sent a msg on mychart concerned about my daughter. They called me right away and got me scheduled. Dr jack was so thorough and he has the best bedside manner of any pediatrician I’ve seen! He listened to our concerns and informed us in detail his knowledge on our concerns. My daughter LOVES going to see him! Yesterday we left and she asked me when could she see dr jack again!

Dr Jack is fantastic. We are so very thankful and blessed to have him caring for our little fellow. He is open minded and followed through on our concerns regarding an orthopedic issue. From day one he had our trust.
So thankful for a Doctor we can trust to be straight forward with us and not just prescribe medications because that might make us “feel better” about our child’s illness. He takes the time to listen to the kids and to me as the mom without rushing through the visit. He came highly recommended and we are definitely glad we transferred our care to him!
Our kids love seeing Dr Jack and we are thankful for the time he spends with us at each visit. He is honest and straightforward! We trust him with our kids health.
