Just went by your Waynesville location and wanted to let you know I walked out due to your workers being unsanitary when scooping ice cream and making cones. I watched the girl scoop ice cream then use her fingers to stick it in the cone I never one time witnessed either of the girls wash their hands. I also watched them roll the cones on the table instead of on top of a napkin. I probably will not be back after witnessing this. I watched them touch their clothes and everything else while handling food. Just very unsanitary.

I don’t understand serving ice cream in a just made waffle cone the ice cream melted and ran into the cup there was no way I could’ve held it and ate it. The vanilla ice was awful two tastes and I scooped it out of the cone and threw it on the ground. The chocolate ice cream was just ok but half of it melted in the warm waffle cone. First time and my last time.
Not worth the money! Didn’t even fill my large milkshake.
