Had a gr8 time on my way to Tx ...stopped for a meal and loved it..people were gr8 and lots of things to do...loved it
I just went to Jacksons for my last time. I am tried of being ignored. Servers walk right by your table and ignore you or won't even look your way. Used to be a good place to go but no more. Stay away don't waste your time.
Place sucks security isn't worth squat the called bouncers they don't know how to help anybody but their friends if you're not your friends then you get beat up
I will never step foot in your bar again. To have your security kick me out of your bar over a "he said she said" situation is absolutely ridiculous. I've never been so embarrassed for an establishment. I paid my money for your ridiculous cover charge. And had a ton of people show up to your establishment because I was visiting from out of town and because your " regular" decided to say I was causing problems( even though she came to me telling me to leave or she would make me) she went to security and got me kicked out. Service sucks, will cut ppl ahead of you in line even of you been waiting for a while, a lot of gangsters.
We just went here to eat....1) no greeting had to search for someone to ask if we seated ourselves or had to wait...2) I got asked if I wanted a refill on pop and the lady just disappeared with my cup I had to approach someone to get another cup....3) I asked ( and I counted) 5 times for our food kept getting told it was up..or it was next! Finally just asked for it in a box 4) we waited an hour for food we we're there before another group and that group got their order and left! We used to enjoy coming here. The last two times the service was mediocre. This evening's service was plain bad. We waited over 5 minutes before anyone came to our table and at least 5 more minutes to get some water. The food no longer has the quality it used to and that took forever to get to us too. I can say Jacksons is officially off of our go to list. A couple came in, waited a few minutes and left before any employee even noticed they were there.
